Louis Riddle – Director
Meet Louis, co-founder of Nuco Solutions. With 18 years of experience in the Gas recruitment industry, Louis brings a wealth of expertise and insight to his role.
Before co-founding Nuco, Louis kicked off his career as a professional footballer for West Ham United, playing with the likes of Joe Cole, Michael Carrick and Glen Johnson. Transitioning from the world of sports to the realm of business, Louis found his true calling in recruitment.
As one of the founders of Nuco Solutions, Louis has played a pivotal role in building a “Premiership” recruitment team. His dogged commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction has earned him the trust and respect of all who work with him. Although Louis duties have changed, he is still gets a buzz from new business and closing deals.
When he’s not leading the charge at Nuco, Louis can be found on the golf course, where he maintains an impressive 13 handicap despite playing right-handed – even though he is a lefty! He’s also an avid follower of boxing, though he admits his moves in the ring are better suited for comedy than competition.
Most importantly, Louis spends time with his son Clayton, who seems to change hobbies like he’s on a temporary contract! Together, they explore new interests, with Louis providing wise advice and Clayton keeping him young at heart.
Zoe Wilkins - Sales Director
Meet Zoe, the powerhouse behind Nuco Solutions’ success in gas recruitment within the social housing sector. Zoe’s journey with Nuco began as the company’s first employee, and she has since risen to the position of Sales Director, bringing over 10 years of invaluable experience in the recruitment industry.
Specialising in Gas recruitment, Zoe is a catalyst in a traditionally male-dominated field. Her expertise and passion for the industry have earned her respect and admiration from clients and colleagues alike.
Zoe’s strength lies in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. With a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, she ensures that Nuco Solutions provides solutions that exceed expectations.
Zoe is an animal lover, especially dogs! She’s often found sharing photos of her two fur babies Riley & Maggie. In her free time, Zoe has taken up golf over the last couple of years, embracing the challenge and camaraderie of the sport. She also has a passion for cooking, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Tyler Jones - Gas Divisional Manager
Meet Tyler, our Gas Divisional Manager with 6 years of invaluable experience in recruitment. Tyler specialises in placing a diverse range of candidates within the gas industry, from apprentices to Operation Managers, across roles in both the private and social housing sector.
Tyler has set the bar high at Nuco Solutions. In 2023, he achieved a remarkable feat by setting a company record for the most temporary candidates placed, with an impressive total of 283 placements – a testament to his unmatched expertise and commitment to success.
Tyler’s approach to recruitment is characterised by his ability to understand the unique needs of clients and candidates alike. His hands-on approach ensures that each placement is a perfect fit for both parties, contributing to the success and growth of Nuco Solutions.
Outside of the office, Tyler has a passion for music as a drum and bass DJ, where he goes by the name “Skroova”. When he’s not in the studio, you can find him perfecting his skills on the dartboard or enjoying a round of golf as a 10 handicap player.
April Haynes - Payroll Administrator
Meet April, our dedicated Payroll Administrator at Nuco Solutions. With over 2 years of experience in payroll, April is responsible for ensuring the timely payment of over 450 temporary workers every week. She takes pride in caring for each candidate and making sure they receive their payments promptly.
With a keen eye for detail and a genuine concern for the well-being of our workers, April prioritises accuracy and efficiency in her role. Her commitment to ensuring that everyone gets paid on time every week reflects her dedication to providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, April enjoys pampering herself by getting her eyelashes and nails done, as well as planning her next holiday adventure. She’s also known to indulge in the occasional dad joke, adding a touch of humour to the workplace!
Andy O’Connor – Director
Meet Andy, the co-founder of Nuco Solutions and the driving force behind our Maintenance Division. With over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Andy is a seasoned expert, from doing deals jotted down on the back of a cigarette box to mastering the art of communication via fax machines.
Andy’s journey with Nuco began alongside his partner in crime, Louis, as they made it their mission to revolutionise the Property Services sector. Together, they laid the foundation for Nuco’s success, with Andy’s expertise serving as the cornerstone of our operations.
Andy has overseen the Maintenance Division’s remarkable growth, which has expanded tenfold over the last 5 years. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership have propelled Nuco’s Maintenance Division to new heights, earning us a reputation for excellence and reliability in the industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Andy is a passionate carp fisherman, finding solace and tranquillity on the waters whenever time permits. He’s also a devoted Arsenal supporter, never missing a chance to cheer on his beloved team at their home games.
Taylor Appleby – Property Services Divisional Manager
