Guinness Homes, part of The Guinness Partnership, has recently held a sales launch event at its new Signal Park development in Tolworth, Kingston-upon-Thames.

Prospective buyers had the chance to see how the development will look once completed and view a mock-up of a typical bathroom and kitchen.

This is the first time customers have been able to reserve one of the stunning shared ownership homes.

Shared Ownership is a great way for people who might not otherwise be able to access a property on the open market, to own a home of their own.

Signal Park has fantastic connections with Tolworth station which is a short 3min walk away and great nearby amenities – from Hollywood Bowl, M&S and Surbiton Raceway, to Go Ape, Chessington World of Adventures & Hampton Court Palace.

Hellyn Fairbrother, London and South East Regional Sales manager at Guinness Homes, said: “The day was a great success with many local residents, and renters, coming to see what Guinness has to offer at this desirable south London location.

“These Shared Ownership homes at Signal Park provide a more affordable route onto the property ladder, and we are looking forward to the show apartments being ready to view in the spring next year.”

The scheme comprises 78 one bedroom apartments, 103 two bedroom apartments, 6 two bedroom duplex apartments and 24 three bedroom apartments with prices starting from £87,500 on a 25% share (£350,000).

All apartments have an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, carpet and flooring is provided throughout, there is access to beautiful podium gardens and Zanussi appliances, including an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher is included.
