Offsite modular manufacturer M-AR has appointed Paul Cunniffe and Mark Fox to its board as directors.
Paul and Mark, who already work for the company, have built their experience in a variety of roles at M-AR over the last few years.
Together with the other board members, M-AR says Paul and Mark will help to shape the future of the company as it continues its projected growth over the next five years.
M-AR says it will place particular focus on serving the residential, education, and commercial sectors.
Paul Cunniffe
Paul Cunniffe, M-AR’s new Preconstruction director, is responsible for overseeing all projects prior to works starting on site, seeing them through the tender process and on to site.
Paul, who previously served as Preconstruction manager, will act as custodian of this process, M-AR says.
Beyond MMC (modern methods of construction), Paul has experience in the traditional contracting sector.
His focus will be on creating “robust” new roadmaps for M-AR to make sure it can continue to deliver its services as it scales up operations.
Mark Fox
Mark Fox, having recently been appointed to the role of Operations director, is responsible for all operations both in the factory and on site, with a focus on quality and safety.
In the two and a half years Mark has been at M-AR, where he has served head of Operations and most recently Manufacturing director, he has overseen the move to the company’s new larger factory.
He has also implemented new procedures, which ensure that the factory is always operating at maximum efficiency, according to M-AR.
