My client a leading nationwide main contractor are currently seeking an experienced site foreman/supervisor to join their books on a perm basis.
This will be in the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering projects over the Hammersmith & Fulham area. Projects will include repairs, external decs and roofing works.
Duties will include:
* Pre/post inspections
* Technical advise
* Helping with the smooth running of different contracts
* Toolbox talks
* Dealing with DLO and sub contractors
Requirements:
* SMSTS OR SSSTS
* NVQ in trade
* Social housing experience
* Repairs, roofing, external decs experience
* UK Driving licence
