My client a leading nationwide main contractor are currently seeking an experienced site foreman/supervisor to join their books on a perm basis.

This will be in the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering projects over the North London area. Projects will include repairs, external decs and roofing works.

Duties will include:

* Pre/post inspections

* Technical advise

* Helping with the smooth running of different contracts

* Toolbox talks

* Dealing with DLO and sub contractors

Requirements:

* SMSTS OR SSSTS

* NVQ in trade

* Social housing experience

* Repairs, roofing, external decs experience

* UK Driving licence
