Job Title: Repairs Advisor
Reports To: Contact Centre Team Leaders
The Main Purpose of the role:
·To provide an excellent service to internal and external customers. Providing the first Point of contact and resolving issues within set procedures
·To maintain a polite, friendly, helpful an effective customer focused approach when carrying out all duties.
·Provide a professional and knowledgable service when responding to all enquiries, and strive to resolve these at the first point of contact.
·Ensure that correspondence, enquiries and complaints are dealt with accurately, effectively and within target timescales.
·To work diligently towards achieving qualitative and quantitative performance KPI’s completing work in accordance with agreed targets and timescales.
·Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with ageed procedures, timescales and legislaton.
·Ensure all work and bahvaiours reflect corporate objectives and values.
·Participate fully and effectively in team working and contribute to a culture of continuous performance improvement.
·Assist with operative scheduling, admin tasks, data entry and reports if required.
·Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff as required.
