If you also have multi trader experience and are able to do some of the below that would be a bonus:

* Basic Carpentry

* Basic Plumbing

* Painting and Decorating

* Tiling

The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector.

This is a Long Term Self-Employed position so you will need your own Van + Tools.
