My client a leading South London Housing Association are currently seeking a self employed electrical tester to join their books on a long term temp position.

This will be working in the social housing reactive maintenance sector carrying out EICR and remedial repairs to tenanted properties. Remedials include, changing sockets, switches, MCB's RCD's and smokes. Materials are provided by the client.

EICR – £57.00

Remedial – £5.00 per item

This is a self employed position so you will need your own van, tools, tester. Materials and parking permits are provided.

Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391 Tester

* NVQ L3

* Social housing experience

* Own van, tools, tester
