I am currently recruiting for a Planner to work for my client, a leading contractor based in Salford, Manchester.

My client specialises in providing a repairs and maintenance service to public, domestic and commercial clients across the UK.

Responsibilities for the Planner role are:

* Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT system

* Allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most

* cost effective way

* Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre

* Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported

* Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified time frames

* Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

* Follow up on enquires and complaints

What we are looking for:

* Strong administrative skills and ability operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time).

* Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).

* Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial
