My client a leading social housing main contractor are currently seeking an experienced self employed painter & decorator to join their team on a long term temp contract.

This will be working on domestic void and tenanted properties within the social housing reactive maintenance sector.

This is a self employed position so you will need your own van. patches covered are in Dudley.

You will be on a day rate.

Requirements:

* NVQ in painting

* Social housing experience

* CSCS card

* Asbestos awareness

* Manuel handing

* working at heights
