My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking a General Builder to join their books on a perm basis.

This will be working in the social housing reactive maintenance sector in London (Patched off to your own area), carrying out day to day repairs and first time fixes to tented and void properties. Duties such as:

Roof Repair/Renewal

Window Repair/Renewal

Roofline Repair/Renewal

Landscap Repair (Fencing, Paving etc)

Flooring Renewal

This is a perm position so comes with a van, fuel card, pensions, holiday.

Requirements:

* NVQ in trade

* Multi trade experience

* Social housing experience

* UK Driving licence
