Role: Social housing Electrical

My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking an experienced electrician to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.

This role is within the maintenance sector covering mainly communal areas and some domestic properties across the East London + Surrounding areas . This position is perm and will come with pensions, holidays etc

Duties include:

* Emergency lighting installs

* Containment

* Flick tests

* Ballast

* PIR's

Requirements:

* 18th Edition

* NVQ L3

* 2391 (desireable)

* Social housing experience

* UK Driving licence
