Gas Contracts Manager – Dartford.

Nuco Solutions are working on behalf of a market leading social housing contractor that are In need of a Contract Manager to cover a region in London. This exciting new opportunity will be officed based, and the ideal candidate for this role will need to have managerial experience within the gas sector.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

* • To report and work closely with the Head of Region/Directors

* • To ensure full operational duties on contract region

* • To ensure all KPI are met along with contractual compliance

* • Work and deliver within set budgets

* • Responsible for customer services including complaint resolution

* • Work closely with HR and undertake all disciplinary hearings

* • Attend all contract meetings and report back to Head of Region

* • Responsible for all financial invoicing on time and chargeable – extra over work is collated and invoiced

* • Ensure letter procedure is adhered to and take full responsibility on no access procedure

* • Manage the teams of works supervisors and site engineers operating geographically in the regions on responsive and voids works

* • Manage an administrative team responsible for repairs administration, customer and client relations plus performance monitoring and management

* • Be the main link with our client organisations in terms of contracts management

* • Handle all forms of feedback from customers and clients and take appropriate action; take a lead on championing customer service

* • Assist senior managers in the preparation of bidding and contracting for new work

* • Manage our 24 x 7 x 365 out of hours’ emergency call-out service operated on behalf of clients

* • Performance data production, analysis and reporting

* • Translate corporate objectives into operational achievements and success

* • Work with fellow managers within the group to facilitate the achievement of the groups objectives

* • Be responsible for the monitoring and management of all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management within area of responsibility
