My client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking an experienced carpenter/multi to join their books on a 4-6 temp contract.

This will be working in the social housing reactive maintenance sector carrying out various 1st time fixes to tenanted and void properties.

Main duties will be carpentry based however if you can carrying out minor multi trade duties this would be beneficial.

This is a self employed position so you will need your own van. Patches are around Hammersmith & Fulham.

Requirements:

NVQ in carpentry

Multi trade experience

Social housing experience

Own van/tools

UK Driving licence
