Service & Breakdown Engineer – HA/UB/NW/W

-Are you a Gas Engineer with experience within Diagnostics/Repairs/Fault finding?
-Would you like to work on a dense patch close to home?
-Do you want to work for an award winning Maintenance Company?

One of our clients has been awarded with a fantastic new contract covering HA/UB/NW/W area and are currently seeking Boiler Fault-finding and Servicing engineers to join their Repairs team.

Day-to-Day:

The role will include day-to-day Servicing, Breakdown, Diagnostics and repairs of Domestic Heating systems within Social Housing properties.

There is a call-out rota which rotates 1 in 6 weeks. (This includes standby and price per call)

The Package:

 The company are offering a superior package to competing maintenance companies to ensure they are attracting the highest quality candidates.

-Salary: £35,000 raising to £37,000 Depending on Experience
-Call out rota (1 in6)-  earnings of up to £15,000 – on top of salary!
-Plenty of paid overtime available
-Dense patches of work meaning travel is kept to bare minimum
-Van + Fuel Card
-25 days holiday + bank holiday – this increases up to 38 days with years of service!
-Ongoing training including Part P and CO2 and HIU qualifications – all at the companies expense!
-As this is a new team the progression opportunities will be endless

The Requirements:

The ideal engineer will need:

-5 years’ experience as a qualified engineer focusing on Breakdowns 
-Familiarity working on a range of Boilers including: Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Veissman etc
-Trained via an apprenticeship is desirable
-Used to high-volume work, ideally with Social Housing Contractors
